Our very small team of myself and at necessary times, my husband put a lot of care into packing your order and we aim to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from The Gardener's Atelier. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to you to inform you.
If for any reason there seems to be a problem with your item, please contact us to return an item within 14 days of your delivery. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns for our flower/foliage boxes, wreaths and wreath kits. The delivery charge on your items are not refundable.
On receiving of your flower/foliage or wreath kit, if there is a problem with the flower or foliage, for example if it has been damaged in transit, we will send a replacement bunch as soon as we can. If for a certain reason it is appropriate to refund you for the flower/foliage, we will refund for the foliage/flower only and not the whole kit (including postage costs).
For any issues, please contact us no more than 24hrs after receiving your purchase by sending us an email. We will come back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number, name and address and any photographs of your order. Subject to reviewing the photographs, we will arrange a solution for you.
